Job Description:
• Responsible on all documentation & filling in the department.
• Creating, updating & follow up: Sales opportunities, Quotations, sales orders, purchases orders, delivers, services calls & money collection for all brands responsible in the department.
• Reporting.
• Ensure all company procedures are met & carried out correctly. Communication with suppliers and customers.
•Keep SAP always up to date.
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Provide pricing and delivery information.

Job Qualifications:
• Experience from: 1-2 years.
• BSc of Engineering.
• Able to plan the tasks, time, & resources to avoid any potential problems on site
