OPENING POSITION: Inventory & Purchasing Staff (6-month contract)
📌JOB OBJECTIVE
Manage inventory system and purchase necessary items to ensure smooth operation of the building.
📌RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Inventory Management
- Monitor monthly consumption of goods and check in/out quantity
- Prepare monthly inventory report and estimate order quantity for the next month
- Take physical inventory all the storage 1 time/per month to ensure correct inventory documents.
- Update in/out data and keep track of inventory
2. Purchasing
- Forecast MRO, Non-MRO materials, equipment maintenance to meet the demand on time.
- Follow purchasing schedule to assure no delay delivery.
- Strictly check quantity and quality of received materials and equipment to ensure to abide by Lotte standard and customer's satisfactions.
- Update data and keep track of all purchasing documents in soft file and hard file.
- Find competitive suppliers
- Negotiate and prepare contract with supplier

3. Payment
- Collect and check the accuracy of payment documents from vendors and other departments.
- Process payment on MOIN, SAP
- Record and keep track of payment data, ensure data are imported correctly in the system.
📌REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor of Business Administration or related fields.
- 1 year experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English.
- Good health, self motivated; can work under high pressure.
- Teamwork skill: Actively promote teamwork.
- Service orientation: customer service minded.
- Methodical, accurate, and neat; Energetic, positive attitude.
- Exceptional time management skills and a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
